Spritz Mocktail for sharing

A great one for sharing, this Spritz pitcher recipe is a lively, bubbly celebratory Non-Alcoholic cocktail that’s easy to distribute and even easier to fall in love (or lust) with.

This sparkling, incandescent drink seems the perfect thing for that lazy, liminal hour between work and play. Tastes great with a selection of savoury, salty snacks. Goes well with good friends and great conversations.

The spritz is a simple drink, which means that every component matters. So you'll want the best of the best and fresh ingredients. 

Lets get to it. You’ll need:
120mL Lyre's Dry London Spirit OR highly recommended 120ml of Ovant Verve
120mL Lyre's Italian Spritz
300ml Strangelove Yuzu Lo-cal soda, which we love too!
3 pink grapefruit slices
4 lemon slices

Simply Add ingredients in carafe, fill with ice, stir, top with yuzu soda. Garnish with fresh thyme sprig.
