Refund policy
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Just send your drinks back unopened and in original condition with a note requesting a swap, credit or refund. Email info@shiftlanes.com.au for all the details. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, however we will happily cover the cost to resend any items you wish to swap.
Cancellation of orders made in error
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we're happy to assist—provided your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Please note:
- Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
- For approved cancellations, a 2% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable charges from our payment provider.
