Public Holidays & Peak Periods
- Dispatch and delivery may be delayed during public holidays, sales events, and end-of-year peak periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Packing orders
- We run and operate our own warehouse, located in Perth with a dedicated packing team.Â

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has left our facility.
Free Shipping - Perth Metro
- We offer FREE Shipping to Perth metro on all orders over $150, with a delivery turnaround of 2-3 business daysÂ
- We also have 5 click and collect locations within Perth Metro, where you can collect your items for free, with minimum order amount of $50.00
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the courier and are estimates only.Â
- While we commit to always packing your order on time, we use a courier service for your deliveries and during peak times such as Christmas, New Years, Public Holidays and other major events the courier does not guarantee a same day or next day service.
After Dispatch: Address Changes & Delivery Control
- Once an order has left our facility, we cannot change the delivery address, reroute the parcel, or control how quickly it reaches you.

We will always try our best to assist (e.g., by requesting an update with the courier), but outcomes are determined by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Rates (No Mark-Ups)
- Shipping is calculated based on distance from our warehouse in Perth, weight, and volume of the package.
- All shipping charges are set by the courier. As a small business, we do not add any extra fees for shipping or packing materials.
Accuracy of Shipping Details
- Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-delivery costs will apply.
Tracking
- Tracking details are provided on dispatch. Please use your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Delays, Loss & Damage in Transit
- We pack all our orders with attention and care, making sure the fragile items have been padded well and there is no room for movement. Risk in the goods passes to the courier on dispatch. While we’ll assist where possible, delays, loss, or damage in transit are managed under the courier’s terms.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and items so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
- If you select ATL, the courier may leave the parcel unattended at your address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after a successful delivery scan.
Remote & Regional Areas
- Some remote or regional postcodes may attract longer transit times or additional courier surcharges. Any such charges are passed through at cost.
