Particularly at the beer garden or on a hot summer’s day, this beer is refreshing and enjoyable. Pairs well with simple meals or a hearty salad – a refreshing alternative anytime. The fermentation process is not halted early, but rather the beer is allowed to fully mature. Only afterwards is the alcohol removed by means of a process developed with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan.

From the moment it lands in your glass it is perfectly deep and golden in colour and has a wonderfully foamy head that lasted right the way through all 500ml!
