If you’re a fan of tempranillo based rose that packs a crisp and dry finish balanced with some strawberry based fruitiness, then this one is for you. With a brilliant ruby glow, it looks exactly as you would expect in your glass.
It is crisp, refreshing, dry and full of flavoursome berry goodness. It’s a little tart but not overwhelmingly acidic. Great as palate cleansers, and for our Australian climate.
It’s barrel aged and you can taste that. There is maturity there.
Pair it with a nutty cheeseboard built around Brie, Swisse and Gruyère/Comptè cheeses and some olives.
